Hyderabad: Hyderabad dual car accidents left one driver dead and several people injured in two separate incidents on Sunday. The first accident occurred on the Outer Ring Road near Shamirpet when a moving car caught fire. Police said the vehicle was travelling from Shamirpet towards Ghatkesar when a short circuit triggered sudden flames. The driver was trapped inside and died as the fire engulfed the car. Officers registered a case and began an investigation.

In the second incident, a speeding car created chaos at Machabollaram in Secunderabad. The vehicle lost control near Select Theatre and rammed into nearby shops. The impact crushed the car and caused severe injuries to the driver and several others. Alwal police reached the spot and launched rescue operations. They shifted the injured to a hospital. Investigators said they suspected the driver had consumed alcohol before the crash.
