Hyderabad: Cyberabad Municipal Corporation Commissioner G. Srijana reviewed H-CITI flyover works at IIIT and Khajaguda junctions during an inspection on Saturday.
She assessed the progress of ongoing construction and stressed timely execution of the projects. The inspection focused on ensuring adherence to set timelines.
During the visit, she directed officials to speed up construction activities. She also asked them to complete all foundation-level works before the monsoon.
H-CITI flyover works to meet March 2027 deadline
The Commissioner instructed officials to complete the H-CITI flyover work at both junctions by March 2027. She asked field engineers to carry out micro-level monitoring of the projects.
Officials were told to review progress regularly against item-wise targets. Additionally, she directed them to flag requirements for higher-level support without delay.
She said timely communication would help in faster decision-making and smooth execution.
Srijana said the flyovers would improve traffic flow and connectivity in Cyberabad. She noted that the areas around IIIT and Khajaguda were witnessing rapid growth.
Therefore, she stressed maintaining quality standards while ensuring timely completion. She added that the projects would enhance commuter convenience in the region.
