Telangana, AP CMs and others mourn Ajit Pawar’s death in plane crash

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Wednesday expressed deep shock over the death of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar in a plane crash near Baramati.

While on an official visit to the United States, Revanth Reddy conveyed profound grief over Pawar’s sudden demise. In a statement, the Chief Minister’s Office said Revanth Reddy described the loss as irreparable to public life.

Moreover, Revanth Reddy extended heartfelt condolences to Pawar’s family, the Government of Maharashtra and the people of the state. He also prayed for strength for the bereaved family during this moment of immense sorrow.

Meanwhile, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu mourned Pawar’s death and expressed deep anguish. In a social media post, Naidu said the tragic plane crash left him shocked and saddened.

In addition, Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan said the news deeply disturbed him. He described Pawar as a committed public leader who worked tirelessly for the welfare and development of Maharashtra.

Pawan Kalyan said Pawar’s service and dedication would always remain memorable. He extended condolences to Pawar’s family members, admirers and party cadre.

Former Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy also expressed grief. In a post on X, he said the news of Pawar’s untimely demise shocked him deeply.

Furthermore, Jagan Mohan Reddy said his thoughts and prayers stood with Pawar’s family and the families of others who lost their lives in the crash.
