Suryapet Collector orders speedy completion of single-bedroom houses

Hyderabad: Suryapet Collector Tejas Nand Lal Pawar directed officials to speed up single-bedroom house construction and complete the works quickly. He issued the instructions during a field inspection at Huzurnagar Model Colony.

The Collector inspected the single-bedroom houses being built near Ramaswamy Gutta in Huzurnagar. He visited each block and reviewed construction progress with officials.

Pawar directed contractors to immediately correct any minor defects found in the houses. He also instructed officials to accelerate drainage, drinking water and CC road works.

The Collector reviewed ongoing infrastructure works across the colony. Meanwhile, construction activities for the sanctioned Telangana Public School were also progressing rapidly.

Foundation work for the school building and construction of the dining hall were underway. The Collector directed officials to maintain the pace and complete the works without delay.

He also gave priority to other facilities planned for the colony. These included Anganwadi centres, community halls, shopping complexes and stormwater drains.

Suryapet Collector stresses coordination on colony works

Pawar instructed engineering officials to ensure better coordination among different departments. He said construction should proceed quickly without coordination gaps between the departments.

The Collector’s inspection covered both housing and supporting infrastructure. Officials also reviewed the progress of various facilities required for the Model Colony.

RDO Srinivasulu, Tahsildar Kavitha, municipal officials and contractors participated in the inspection. The officials were directed to maintain progress and address pending works promptly.

The visit focused on completing the housing project and associated facilities. The Suryapet Collector stressed timely execution and coordination to ensure the planned works progressed smoothly.
