Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy said Telangana per capita income increased to ₹4,18,931 in 2025-26, reflecting a 10.23 per cent rise over the previous year’s ₹3,80,031.
The Chief Minister said the state’s per capita income grew by ₹38,900 in a single year. According to him, Telangana continued to rank among India’s top-performing states.
Revanth Reddy attributed the growth to sustained efforts to strengthen the economy. Moreover, he said the government focused on attracting investments, creating jobs and ensuring balanced development across sectors.
Telangana per capita income records 10.23% growth
The Chief Minister said the government replaced ad hoc decision-making with policy-based governance. In addition, he said regular reviews, attention to detail and continuous engagement with stakeholders had contributed to the state’s progress.
Revanth Reddy also claimed the government had reversed what he described as a decade of failed governance and public pessimism. As a result, he said the administration had restored optimism among citizens and improved governance.
Finally, the Chief Minister said women, farmers and youth had emerged as the biggest beneficiaries of the government’s initiatives. He expressed confidence that Telangana and its people would achieve greater progress in the coming years.
