Hyderabad: Rachakonda Commissioner of Police Sudheer Babu on Monday directed officials to coordinate closely across departments. This is to ensure flawless security and logistics for the upcoming Global Summit scheduled on December 8 and 9 at Future City in Kandukur mandal, Ranga Reddy district.
Along with Additional DGP D.S. Chauhan and Future City Development Authority Commissioner Shashanka IAS, the Commissioner held a detailed review meeting. The meeting was with HODs of various departments at the summit venue.
He urged officials to accelerate pending work and maintain round-the-clock supervision. He stressed the importance of providing seamless facilities for delegates arriving from various countries and states. It is vital to avoid any lapses in assigned responsibilities.

Sudheer Babu instructed concerned officials to ensure uninterrupted power and internet supply, efficient transport arrangements, clean drinking water, and accessible toilets. Additionally, they should provide helipads and adequate parking. He also advised setting up medical camps at strategic locations with staff readiness.
The Commissioner emphasised cleanliness from the airport to the summit venue and requested sanitation teams to maintain the surroundings. He directed the setup of mobile toilets and instructed the Fire Department to implement preventive safety measures.
Officials were asked to complete all preparations without error and carry out their duties responsibly to ensure the summit’s success.
DCP Maheshwaram Narayana Reddy IPS, Protocol Secretary Narasimha Reddy, Prem Raj, HMWSSB MD K. Ashok Reddy, Additional Collector (Revenue) Chandra Reddy, and senior officials from R&B participated in the meeting. Experts from Fire Safety, Transport, RTC, TSSPDCL, Tourism, and Health departments were also present.
