Ministers lay foundation for sub-registrar office in Kardanur

Hyderabad: Ministers Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Vivek Venkata Swamy on Wednesday laid the foundation stone for a new Sub-Registrar Office (SRO) building at Kardanur village in Patancheru mandal of Sangareddy district.

Speaking at the event, Minister Ponguleti said the state government is implementing key reforms to address land-related issues. He noted that the Dharani portal has been replaced by the new Bhu Bharati system to improve transparency and accessibility.

Sub-registrar office Kardanur part of broader land reforms

The minister described Bhu Bharati as a people-friendly platform, likening it to a “trusted relative” for citizens. He added that the government is building integrated offices. In this way, those paying significant fees in the Stamps and Registration department receive efficient and hassle-free services.

The new sub-registrar facility in Kardanur is part of this broader effort to decentralize land services and improve convenience for local residents.
