Hyderabad: A 26-year-old woman died after an Aston Martin car hit her while she crossed the road near Inorbit Mall in Madhapur. The accident occurred on August 16.
The victim, identified as Bharathi Mukhi, suffered severe head injuries in the collision. Bystanders rushed her to Apollo Hospital in Jubilee Hills, where doctors declared her dead.
Madhapur Police registered a case under Section 106(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Police have begun an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
Madhapur road accident leads to police investigation
The Aston Martin involved in the accident carried registration number TG-09-G-0666. Police booked Sanjjush, the son of Janasena Rajya Sabha MP Lingamaneni Ramesh, in connection with the case.
The investigation will examine the circumstances of the collision and the events leading up to the woman’s death. Police are continuing their inquiry into the case.
