A total of 200 police personnel from the Mangalhat, Kulsumpura, Tappachabutra, and Gudimalkapur police stations underwent comprehensive medical examinations conducted by the expert team from Maitri Hospital. The screenings formed part of a welfare initiative aimed at monitoring the health of police personnel and encouraging preventive healthcare.

Officials said regular medical assessments help identify health issues at an early stage. They also stressed that maintaining good physical fitness is essential for officers who routinely work under stressful and demanding conditions.
