Meanwhile, Kavitha questioned the delay in the arrival of fire services.

She asked how authorities could control such incidents if emergency teams reached the spot late.

The TRS leader said similar accidents could occur at any time.

Furthermore, she warned that the situation could have turned more serious if workers had been present.

Kavitha urged the government to inspect commercial buildings regularly.

She said officials should identify potential safety risks in advance.

In addition, she called for a special review meeting on the functioning of the Fire Department.

The TRS leader said Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, who also holds the Home portfolio, should conduct the review.

She also sought a clear emergency response mechanism for fire accidents.

According to Kavitha, there should be no confusion about which fire station must respond to an incident.

Moreover, she questioned the response time in a busy commercial area such as Ameerpet.

She urged the government to ensure that fire personnel reach accident sites within minutes of receiving alerts.
