Kavitha fresh political culture promise for Telangana on April 25

Hyderabad: Telangana Jagruti president K. Kavitha said on Wednesday that the Kavitha new political culture initiative will be unveiled on April 25, marking a shift towards a people-focused political framework.

She announced this at an induction programme at the Telangana Jagruti office in Banjara Hills. During the event, Gongalla Ranjith Kumar, president of Nadigadda Hakkula Porata Samithi, joined the organisation along with around 1,000 supporters from Jogulamba Gadwal district.

Addressing the gathering, Kavitha said the proposed approach would move away from established patterns. She added that the framework would focus on questioning, addressing public issues and resolving problems through direct engagement.

She said the organisation will strengthen its grassroots presence through padyatras and sustained outreach. Additionally, she said the group will prepare a structured agenda with inputs from international experts and release it on April 25.

Kavitha criticised both the ruling Congress and the opposition BRS, alleging that they had neglected public issues. She said Telangana Jagruti now serves as a platform that reflects people’s concerns.

She also criticised Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and alleged that the government used state resources for political purposes. She further raised concerns over the implementation of Rythu Bharosa and farm loan waivers, adding that farmers continued to face difficulties.

Kavitha said the organisation will prioritise public welfare and accountability under its proposed political direction.
