Hyderabad: Minorities Welfare Minister Mohammed Azharuddin urged beneficiaries to maintain communal harmony and cooperate with authorities as Indiramma housing works began in Nampally.
Azharuddin attended the launch on Tuesday along with Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy. In addition, the local MLA and senior officials participated in the programme. The minister said the housing project aimed to fulfil the long-standing dream of eligible families to own a house.
According to Azharuddin, the government took up the programme under Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s leadership. The Housing department, elected representatives and district administration coordinated with other officials to implement the project.
Indiramma housing works targeted for timely completion
Azharuddin expressed confidence that officials would complete the Indiramma housing works within the stipulated timeframe. He also appreciated ministers, elected representatives and officials for taking the project to the construction stage.
Meanwhile, the minister asked beneficiaries to remain united and extend full cooperation to the authorities. Their support would help the government complete the project on time, he said.
Moreover, Azharuddin stressed the importance of coordination among officials, the government and beneficiaries. He said such cooperation would help ensure smooth implementation. The minister said the government focused on delivering tangible benefits to people. At the same time, he said welfare schemes should reach all eligible beneficiaries.
Azharuddin also highlighted the project’s location in Nampally, in central Hyderabad. He said beneficiaries would have convenient access to educational institutions, healthcare, transport and other essential services.
Furthermore, he said the government was constructing Indiramma Towers on valuable land in a prime city location. As a result, eligible families living there would gain better access to essential facilities and opportunities, he said.
Finally, Azharuddin urged beneficiaries to work collectively for Telangana’s development. He also asked them to maintain communal harmony and cooperate with authorities throughout the project.
