Hyderabad: BRS deputy floor leader T. Harish Rao welcomed the Ghose Commission report verdict of the Telangana High Court and criticised the Congress government.
Responding on social media platform X, he said the verdict reaffirmed that justice ultimately prevails. He stated, “Satyameva Jayate… no matter the conspiracies, justice prevails in courts.”
Harish Rao alleged that the Commission ignored principles of natural justice. He also said the inquiry violated fundamental rights. As a result, he described the High Court’s observations on the Ghose Commission report as significant.
He added that the court clearly ruled that remarks affecting personal reputation cannot stand. Therefore, he said, the judgment validated concerns raised earlier by BRS leaders.
