Hyderabad: The Meteorological Department has predicted that Cyclone Akvan is likely to form in the Bay of Bengal between November 11 and 16. Another cyclone is brewing before the previous one has cleared. If weather conditions are favourable, it is likely to turn into a cyclone in the third week of November.
First came Arnab, then Murasu, and now Akvan. The formation of successive cyclones in a short time is causing concern.
