Ramchander Rao claimed that the government attempted to shield key accused during the inquiry. He said such actions led to serious lapses, which resulted in the High Court granting a stay.
He further said the developments reflected a conspiracy-driven approach by the Congress government. As a result, he held the government fully responsible for the current situation.
The BJP leader demanded that the State government immediately file an appeal in the Supreme Court. He said authorities must pursue the case without delay and ensure accountability.
He added that attempts to dilute the investigation would not be acceptable and insisted that the government take corrective steps at the earliest.
