Hyderabad: Telangana ministers Tummala Nageswara Rao and Duddilla Sridhar Babu jointly released the brochure for ATEXCON 2026 in Hyderabad.
The brochure carries the theme “Re-imagining the Future of Global Textiles”.
The ministers said the government aims to develop Telangana as a major textile hub in India. Moreover, the State also seeks global recognition in the sector.
They said the conference will bring together textile industry leaders, investors and experts. As a result, Telangana’s textile sector may attract more investment.
They added that ATEXCON 2026 will create a strong platform for discussions on the future of global textiles.
Meanwhile, the ministers said the conference will strengthen partnerships between domestic and international textile industries.
ATEXCON 2026 conference to focus on global textile opportunities
The Telangana government will organise ATEXCON 2026 in partnership with the Confederation of Indian Textile Industry.
The conference will take place on April 2 and 3, 2026. It will be held at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre.
Experts will discuss sustainability in textiles. Additionally, they will examine technology trends and supply chain improvements.
Industry leaders will also analyse emerging opportunities in global textile markets.
Moreover, organisers have planned an industry visit to the PM MITRA Park Warangal on April 4.
The ministers said the event will highlight Telangana’s strengths in textile manufacturing.
Furthermore, the conference will promote investment in textile, apparel and footwear production.
They said the government intends to project Telangana as a global textile investment destination through ATEXCON 2026.
