Hyderabad: Cyberabad Traffic Police announced traffic diversions ahead of the Rythu Bharosa fund distribution programme at Shilpakala Vedika on Tuesday. The restrictions come into effect because Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy will attend the event. Police expect around 5,000 farmers to participate.
Officials said heavy traffic is likely around Madhapur between 5 pm and 9 pm. They advised motorists to plan their journeys accordingly.
Traffic diversions to ease congestion near Shilpakala Vedika
Traffic police said congestion may increase between 3 pm and 9 pm within the Madhapur Traffic Police Station limits. Motorists using Durgam Cheruvu Cable Bridge, IKEA Junction, Trident Hotel Junction, Shilpakala Vedika, Shilparamam and Metal Charminar Junction may face delays.
Police urged commuters to choose alternative routes before starting their journey. They said this would help reduce congestion and ensure smoother traffic movement during the programme.
