Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy will visit Nalgonda district on June 28 to launch major infrastructure projects and address a public meeting.
As part of the district’s development programme, the Chief Minister will lay the foundation stone for Roads and Buildings (R&B) HAM road projects worth about ₹13,000 crore. State Roads and Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy has already reviewed the arrangements with officials in Nalgonda ahead of the visit.
Revanth Reddy Nalgonda visit to launch development works
According to the schedule, Revanth Reddy will travel by helicopter from Hyderabad to Kanagal mandal. At around 3.30 pm, he will unveil the pylon for the HAM road projects at the AMC Market Yard in Kanagal. Afterwards, the Chief Minister will lay the foundation stone for Phase-I drinking water supply works under the Nalgonda Municipal Corporation.
Revanth Reddy Nalgonda visit includes public meeting
Following the inauguration programmes, Revanth Reddy will attend a public meeting at the NG College Grounds in Nalgonda town. During the meeting, he is expected to address the gathering on the government’s development initiatives.
Later, the Chief Minister will distribute cheques to representatives of women’s Self-Help Groups (SHGs) on behalf of the state government. Meanwhile, Congress leaders from the undivided Nalgonda district have begun extensive preparations to ensure the success of the public meeting.
