Hyderabad: Telangana BJP president Ramachander Rao attacked Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy for saying he would bury the BJP if the Centre withheld funds for the proposed Future City project. He called the Chief Minister’s remarks reckless and warned that Telangana society would “bury the Revanth Reddy government” if such language continued. Rao said the Centre never stopped funds for any city and questioned whom the government consulted while planning the Future City project.
He also commented on the National Herald case and said the details of the land involved remained hidden until the Supreme Court revealed them. He argued that this exposure clarified the seriousness of the issue.
Ramachander Rao accuses opposition of false claims
During his remarks, Ramachander Rao said Digital India introduced significant changes across sectors. He described the Sanchar Saathi platform as an important part of the national digital framework. According to him, every digital initiative launched by the Union government aimed at public welfare.
He accused opposition parties of spreading false narratives about Sanchar Saathi. Rao argued that these claims misled people and ignored the purpose behind the platform’s introduction.
