Hyderabad: The BJP launched preparations for the three-day Nitin Nabin Telangana tour, describing the visit as a key step in strengthening the party organisation and preparing for future elections. The party said the programme would focus on expanding its grassroots network and increasing the role of party workers across the state.
State BJP leaders assigned responsibilities to oversee the arrangements for the visit. They said the tour would include discussions on organisational expansion and election preparedness.
Nitin Nabin Telangana tour focuses on party expansion
Ahead of the visit, Telangana BJP president N. Ramchander Rao, along with Telangana BJP in-charge Abhay Patil, MP Rekha Sharma and other senior leaders, inspected preparations for the Vijaya Sankalpa Sammelanam at the Nampally Exhibition Grounds.
The party expects around 15,000 workers to attend the meeting. Participants will include booth-level presidents, booth agents, state executive members and leaders from GHMC, Malkajgiri and Cyberabad.
Ramchander Rao said the Nitin Nabin Telangana tour would mark an important phase in the BJP’s organisational growth. He also inspected the newly constructed BJP office in Shamshabad, which Nitin Nabin will inaugurate. In addition, the BJP national president will virtually inaugurate nine district party offices.
Nitin Nabin Telangana tour to energise workers
Ramchander Rao said this would be Nitin Nabin’s first participation in a BJP event of this scale in Hyderabad. He expressed confidence that the visit would energise party workers across Telangana.
The BJP leader reiterated the party’s goal of forming the next government in the state. He said workers would renew their commitment to achieving that objective. He also claimed that public support for the BJP was growing across Telangana.
Meanwhile, BJP OBC Morcha National President and Rajya Sabha MP K. Laxman visited Warangal. He reviewed arrangements for Nitin Nabin’s programme and held discussions with district party leaders.
