Mylardevpally rowdy sheeter murdered by unknown assailants

Hyderabad: A 25-year-old Mylardevpally rowdy sheeter was allegedly murdered by unidentified assailants in Subhan Colony Phase 2 early Wednesday. Police launched an investigation and began efforts to identify and apprehend those involved.

According to preliminary information, the victim was identified as Sohail, a resident of Ali Nagar. He was described as a rowdy sheeter. The killing occurred within the limits of Mylardevpally police station.

Local residents were shocked after the incident came to light. Subsequently, Mylardevpally police rushed to the location after receiving information about the killing.

Officers examined the scene and recovered Sohail’s body. Police then shifted the body to Osmania General Hospital for a post-mortem examination.

Police examined whether old enmity or another dispute had led to the Mylardevpally rowdy sheeter murder. However, the motive remained under investigation based on the preliminary information available.

Investigators also examined available evidence and CCTV footage. The footage was being checked to establish the sequence of events surrounding the killing.

Meanwhile, police launched a manhunt for the unidentified assailants. Further investigation into the murder remained underway.
