Hyderabad: Mailardevpally Police arrested three accused in the robbery case and recovered a stolen mobile phone, cash and the scooter allegedly used in the offence.
According to police, the robbery took place on June 26 at around 9.40 pm. The victim, Pooja Sathy, who runs a pan shop at APCO Colony, was walking home after closing her shop when three men on an Activa scooter allegedly assaulted her. They fled after taking her VIVO mobile phone and ₹4,500 in cash.

Following her complaint, police registered a case and launched an investigation. Meanwhile, investigators examined CCTV footage, analysed technical evidence and followed multiple leads to identify the suspects.
Police arrested Mohammed Ghouse (19), Vadla Chandu (19) and Athamaraj Vikas (21) on July 7. Further, officers recovered the complainant’s VIVO mobile phone, ₹1,200 in cash and the Activa scooter allegedly used during the robbery.
