Hyderabad: BRS working president and MLA K. T. Rama Rao has been invited as the distinguished guest of honour at TALHealthFest 2026.
The international healthcare summit will take place at the University of California, San Diego, California, on October 30, 2026. Sai Gundavelli, CEO of the Touch-A-Life Foundation, extended the invitation to KTR.
TALHealthFest 2026 is planned as a global forum on the future of healthcare. It will bring together professionals, industry leaders, innovators, researchers, policymakers and organisations from different sectors.
The summit is expected to include physicians, healthcare professionals, hospitals and health systems. Pharmaceutical companies, medical technology firms, researchers and academics will also participate.
Technology innovators and patient advocacy groups are among the other expected participants. Government representatives, medical tourism leaders and organisations serving ageing and retirement communities will also be represented.
According to the organisers, KTR’s participation will create an opportunity for broader discussions between India and the United States. The dialogue will cover healthcare, technology, innovation and access to global health services.
The invitation also positions KTR to address an international audience of healthcare and technology leaders. The organisers said his participation would support dialogue and collaboration across the two countries.
