Elderly woman alleges fraudulent property transfer
Lakshmi alleged that her eldest son secretly took the house title documents. She claimed he registered a house, which stood in her husband’s name, in his own name. She further alleged that he completed the registration without informing her husband or the other family members.
According to Lakshmi, her son no longer looks after her or her husband. She said they have lost shelter and are facing severe hardship in their old age.
