Damodar Raja Narasimha highlights Rythu Bharosa support for farmers

Hyderabad: Health Minister Damodar Raja Narasimha on Tuesday said the Telangana government remains committed to strengthening agriculture through the Rythu Bharosa scheme. In a post on X, he said eligible farmers will receive ₹6,000 per acre as investment assistance.

The minister said the government, under the leadership of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, is giving top priority to farmer welfare, agricultural development and strengthening the rural economy.

Rythu Bharosa aims to reduce farmers’ investment burden

Damodar Raja Narasimha said the government is implementing several welfare initiatives under the guidance of Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao. He said the programmes aim to reduce cultivation costs, ease the investment burden on farmers and make agriculture more profitable.

He said the government is working to strengthen the agriculture sector and improve farmers’ incomes. According to the minister, the State wants every farmer to cultivate crops with confidence.

Damodar Raja Narasimha said the government remains fully committed to farmers’ welfare. He added that the prosperity of Telangana depends on the well-being of its farming community.
