Hyderabad: A missing girl reunited with her family after Chilkalguda police swiftly traced a three-year-old child who was found wandering alone and safely handed her over to her relatives.
The rescue operation began after a local resident, Mohd Ifran, noticed the child alone and immediately alerted the police.
Acting on the information, police constables Naresh and Srikanth rushed to the spot and secured the child.

The police personnel conducted extensive inquiries in the surrounding area to identify the child’s family.
Their efforts helped them trace the child’s residence and locate her family members within a short time.
Police later handed the girl over to her grandmother, Sara Bhanu, after confirming her identity.
The child was in good health when officers reunited her with her family.
Family members thanked Mohd Ifran for alerting the police and appreciated the timely response of the Chilkalguda police team.
Senior police officials, including the Assistant Commissioner of Police and the Station House Officer of Chilkalguda Police Station, commended the personnel involved in the rescue operation.
