Hyderabad: The Dr BR Ambedkar Open University, BRAOU on Monday announced the postponement of its degree examinations.
Officials said the university took the decision due to municipal elections scheduled across the State on February 11. The Election Commission is conducting the civic polls on that day.
As a result, the university postponed degree examinations for first, second, and third-year students. The postponement covered different semester examinations.
BRAOU degree exams rescheduled from February 17
Controller of Examinations Bhoju Srinivas said the university rescheduled the postponed exams. The revised schedule runs from February 17 to March 10.
He said students who applied for the examinations could download hall tickets online. The university will release hall tickets three days before each examination.
Students can download the hall tickets from the web portal www.braouonline.in.
Meanwhile, officials advised candidates to contact their respective study centres for further details. Students may also visit the official website www.braou.ac.in for additional information.
