Hyderabad: A three-year-old girl suffered serious injuries in a Banswada stray dog attack at Madina Colony in Banswada town. Local residents rescued the child after stray dogs attacked her near her house.
Residents rushed to the spot after hearing the girl’s cries for help. They chased away the dogs and immediately shifted her to the Banswada Area Hospital for first aid.
Doctors later referred the child to a private hospital in Nizamabad for advanced treatment. Meanwhile, medical teams continue to monitor her condition.

The incident triggered concern among residents of Madina Colony and other parts of Banswada. Consequently, locals demanded immediate measures to curb the growing stray dog menace.

Local residents urged municipal officials to launch a special drive against stray dogs and prioritise public safety. They also called for preventive measures to avoid similar incidents in the future.
