Minister Vakiti Srihari clears traffic jam on PVNR Expressway after car accident

Hyderabad: A car accident on the PV Narasimha Rao Expressway in Hyderabad caused a massive traffic jam on Wednesday. The vehicle was severely damaged and stopped in the middle of the road, creating a long pile-up of vehicles.

Police reached the spot and waited for a JCB to remove the damaged car. Meanwhile, Minister Vakiti Srihari, who was travelling towards Devarakadra constituency, noticed the congestion and stopped his convoy. He instructed his staff to move the car aside to ease the traffic. Within minutes, the team managed to push the vehicle off the road and restore movement.

After clearing the road, the minister continued his journey. Soon after, a video of the incident went viral on social media, drawing widespread attention.

Netizens praise minister’s quick action

Many users praised Vakiti Srihari for taking initiative instead of waiting for traffic police. According to them, the minister acted with public concern and helped commuters stuck for a long time. Moreover, several citizens shared the video, calling it an example of “leadership by action.”

Traffic police later moved the car for further examination and ensured smooth vehicle movement on the expressway.
