TUWJ to stage Maha Dharna on Dec 3 for long-pending issues of Telangana journalists

Hyderabad: Telangana journalists will take part in a “Maha Dharna” on December 3 at Samachar Bhavan near Masab Tank. The Telangana Union of Working Journalists (TUWJ) announced the protest to urge the state government to resolve long-pending concerns affecting media workers.

TUWJ state president K. Virahat Ali told reporters in Basheerbagh that journalists were sidelined during the previous KCR regime. He argued that the current Congress government continued the same neglect. Ali warned that the agitation would intensify if the government failed to act.
