Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has granted a government teacher job to the wife of a man killed in Dubai. She joined duty in Nirmal district on Monday.
The Dubai murder victim’s wife, Prameela, had submitted a petition at the CM Pravasi Prajavani forum in Hyderabad. Telangana NRI Advisory Committee vice-chairman Mandabheem Reddy accepted her request. The Chief Minister’s Office quickly acted on it and approved her employment.
Dubai murder victim’s wife joins as teacher in Nirmal
Prameela’s husband, Astapu Prem Sagar, and another worker, Swargam Srinivas, were murdered on April 11. A mentally unstable Pakistani colleague stabbed them at a bakery in Dubai. Sagar belonged to Son mandal in Nirmal district. Srinivas was from Dharmapuri mandal in Jagtial.
Prameela is now working as a pre-primary teacher at the government school in Kuchampalli, Nirmal district.
