Hyderabad: A young woman was found dead under suspicious circumstances at Gokul Pride OYO hotel in SR Nagar, with police investigating the cause of death. According to preliminary information, the woman had checked into Room No. 103 with a young man. Her body was found inside the room the following morning.
The deceased’s Aadhaar card reportedly identified her as Durga. However, records from earlier treatment at a private hospital reportedly carried the name Sirisha.
Police probe SR Nagar hotel death
Police were examining CCTV footage and hotel records as part of the hotel death investigation. Preliminary information also indicated that the woman had earlier received treatment at a private hospital. She had reportedly sought medical attention after an alleged assault by her husband.
