Hyderabad: The Congress party is moving ahead with a clear strategy to secure victory in the Jubilee Hills by-election. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has entered the campaign directly to connect with voters and boost party support.
Revanth Reddy reviews Congress plan for Jubilee Hills by-election
On Thursday, Revanth Reddy reviewed the Congress campaign at his camp office in Jubilee Hills. Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, PCC chief Mahesh Kumar Goud, and AICC in-charge Meenakshi Natarajan joined the meeting. Several ministers and senior leaders also attended.
During the review, the Chief Minister discussed how to intensify the final phase of campaigning. He directed ministers to strengthen door-to-door visits and community interactions. Moreover, he stressed the need for direct contact with local voters.
CM urges ministers to counter opposition claims
Revanth Reddy asked party leaders to counter the allegations raised by BRS and BJP with factual information. In addition, he told them to highlight welfare schemes and development projects launched by the Congress government.
Meanwhile, party leaders discussed local-level challenges and voter sentiment in the constituency. They planned to increase evening meetings and house-to-house canvassing.
The Chief Minister will continue field visits and public meetings in the coming days. Therefore, the Congress hopes to end the campaign on a strong note and secure a decisive mandate in Jubilee Hills.
