Revanth Reddy condoles demise of shooting legend Jaspal Rana

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy expressed deep grief over the Jaspal Rana demise, describing the celebrated shooter as one of India’s finest sportspersons and mentors.

In a condolence message, the Chief Minister paid tribute to Rana’s contributions to Indian shooting and sports development.

He noted that Rana’s achievements at the Asian Games and Commonwealth Games brought immense recognition to the country.

Revanth Reddy also recalled his representation of India at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.

The Chief Minister said Rana played a crucial role in nurturing young talent as India’s High-Performance Coach for pistol events.

He credited the veteran shooter with strengthening the country’s shooting ecosystem through his guidance and dedication.
