Hyderabad: The Narayanpet RDO bribe case surfaced on Tuesday after the Anti-Corruption Bureau caught Revenue Divisional Officer Pathlavath Ramachander allegedly accepting Rs.25,000 in Narayanpet.

ACB officials from the Mahabubnagar Range caught the officer red-handed while he was allegedly taking the bribe from a complainant, officials said. Officials said the bribe amount was recovered from the officer’s possession at his instance. They added that he had acted dishonestly and misused his official position to obtain an undue gain.
