Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy paid tribute to former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna Lal Bahadur Shastri on his birth anniversary. He remembered Shastri as a leader who served the country with selflessness and dedication.
In particular, Revanth Reddy recalled the former Prime Minister as a visionary leader who gave the nation the slogan “Jai Jawan – Jai Kisan”. Through the slogan, Shastri highlighted the courage of soldiers and the hard work of farmers as two strong pillars of national progress.
