Krishank challenges Revanth Reddy over Medicover stakes

Hyderabad: BRS leader M. Krishank challenged Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy over alleged shareholdings in Medicover Hospital and related companies. In a social media video, Krishank claimed he had evidence linking people close to the Chief Minister’s family to the firms.

The video came after Revanth Reddy demanded proof that his family held stakes in Medicover. In response, Krishank named three people whom he described as close to the Chief Minister. They were Dumpa Shirish Reddy, Brahmananda Reddy and Annam Sharath Reddy.

Additionally, Krishank cited shareholding details for Medicover Hospital, Maxbin Pharma and Mindvault. He provided figures for the alleged stakes held by the three individuals. He also questioned why the Chief Minister remained silent despite these alleged connections.

Medicover hospital allegations prompt demand for CBI probe

Krishank alleged that the owners sold Medicover Hospital for ₹13,200 crore. Furthermore, he claimed that the transaction helped convert black money into white money. However, the information provided does not independently establish these allegations.

Therefore, the BRS leader demanded an immediate investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Alternatively, he urged the authorities to distribute the money among farmers in Telangana.

Meanwhile, the video has brought the dispute back into the political spotlight. Police had previously arrested Krishank after he raised allegations on the same issue. Now, his latest statements have renewed the confrontation with the Chief Minister.
