Rowdy sheeters threaten Hyderabad jewellery shop manager, demand cash

Hyderabad: Two alleged rowdy sheeters threatened the manager of a Hyderabad jewellery shop with a knife and demanded lakhs of rupees during an incident at a showroom in Banjara Hills, police said. A case was registered after the manager lodged a complaint, and an investigation began.

The incident occurred at Sri Sai Jagadamba Pearls and Jewellers showroom on Road No. 10 in Banjara Hills. According to shop manager Pankaj, the two accused, identified as Aleem and Yusuf, entered the showroom while allegedly under the influence of alcohol.

Pankaj alleged that the two men threatened him with a knife and demanded lakhs of rupees. Following his complaint, police registered a case and started an investigation into the incident.
