Digital tools to enhance teaching and bridge learning gaps
Governor Dev Varma said the laptops would help tutors improve their teaching quality and ensure better digital access for students. He cited Article 21A of the Constitution, which guarantees free and compulsory education for children aged 6 to 14, and called knowledge a tool that empowers individuals and strengthens communities. Distributed laptops can play a key role in providing equal learning opportunities.
