Hyderabad: A free mega health camp for senior citizens will be organised at AV College, Domalguda, Hyderabad, on October 2, 2026. The programme is being organised by Lions International Districts 320 A and 320 D along with the Senior Citizens Forum of Gandhinagar.
The camp will begin at 8.30 am and will include health services, sports and cultural programmes, besides legal advice. Senior citizens aged above 60 years can register to avail themselves of the facilities.
Medical practitioners from several specialties will attend the camp. The participating fields include cardiology, vascular medicine, general medicine, general surgery, urology, gastroenterology, orthopaedics, homeopathy and Ayurveda.
Medicines will also be distributed free of cost to needy senior citizens attending the camp. Organisers have invited eligible senior citizens to register their names in advance.
