Hyderabad, February 13: Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka chaired a pre-budget meeting on Thursday to review the state’s financial position and discuss key allocations ahead of the upcoming budget session. The meeting focused on revenue generation, expenditure planning, and welfare schemes.
During the discussions, officials briefed the Deputy CM on current fiscal challenges, revenue deficits, and the government’s financial commitments. The meeting also emphasised the need for efficient resource allocation to ensure the successful implementation of welfare and development programmes.
Bhatti Vikramarka reiterated the state government’s commitment to social welfare, education, healthcare, and infrastructure development. He also stressed the importance of transparent financial management to meet the aspirations of Telangana’s citizens.
