HYDERABAD: Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka has reiterated that the Telangana government has successfully implemented a ₹2 lakh farm loan waiver as promised. Addressing concerns in the Assembly, he rejected allegations of misinformation regarding the scheme, asserting that official records confirm the waiver’s execution.

Bhatti Vikramarka stated that some groups were deliberately spreading false information about the farm loan waiver. He emphasized that the government is prepared to provide constituency-wise account details to verify the distribution.
