Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation on Monday received 63 complaints under the CMC grievances Prajavani programme conducted as part of the weekly grievance redressal system.
Officials reviewed the grievances department-wise and directed concerned Heads of Departments to take necessary action, ensure proper follow-up and resolve issues on priority.
According to officials, the town planning department received the highest number of complaints with 42 grievances.
Meanwhile, the engineering department received 10 grievances, while the sanitation wing received three complaints.

Officials said the electrical and urban biodiversity departments received two grievances each during the programme.
In addition, entomology, finance and administration, projects, and vigilance and enforcement departments received one complaint each.
Authorities registered every grievance with a unique tracking ID to ensure transparency, accountability and proper monitoring at every stage.
Officials instructed departments to update action taken reports regularly and continue follow-up until complete resolution of citizen complaints.
