BRAOU signs MoUs for healthcare MBA courses

Hyderabad: Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) on Monday signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Renova Institute of Health Care Management and RVM Institute of Hospital Management to offer healthcare MBA courses.

The agreements were signed at the BRAOU campus in the presence of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Ghanta Chakrapani and senior university officials.

The healthcare MBA courses will be offered in Hospital and Healthcare Management (HHCM).

Registrar Dr. L. Vijaya Krishna Reddy exchanged the MoUs with Dr. Wajeehuddin Ahmed Waris, Principal of Renova Institute of Health Care Management, and Sri P. Ravinder, Principal of RVM Institute of Hospital Management.

Healthcare MBA courses launched through institutional partnerships

Several senior officials and faculty members attended the programme organised at the university campus.

Those present included Prof. G. Pushpa Chakrapani, Director (Academic), and Prof. Anand Pawar, Dean of Commerce and Business Management.

Prof. D. Rabindranath Solomon, Officer on Special Duty to the Vice-Chancellor, also attended the event.

Dr. Y. Venkateswarlu, Director of LSSB, Prof. Y.S. Kiranmaye, Dr. P. Radhakrishna, faculty members and officials from both institutions were present during the signing ceremony.

The university said the courses would strengthen academic collaboration in hospital and healthcare management education.
