Hyderabad: Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka unveiled the Movie Artists Association diary at a programme held at Praja Bhavan on Monday.
The event was organised by the Movie Artists Association (MAA) in the presence of its office-bearers and executive committee members. MAA President Manchu Vishnu, vice president Madala Ravi and treasurer Shiva Balaji attended the function. Executive Committee members Jayavani, Malakpet Shailaja, Shiva Narayana, Shashank, Haranath Babu, Manik, Sampoornesh Babu and M.R.C. Vadlapatla were also present.
After releasing the Movie Artists Association diary, Bhatti Vikramarka congratulated Manchu Vishnu and the executive committee for their efforts. He appreciated the association’s initiatives aimed at supporting its members.
He said the executive committee had taken up several welfare measures. These include health awareness programmes, regular medical check-ups and other support activities for members. Moreover, he noted that such initiatives strengthen the film fraternity’s internal support system.
Movie Artists Association diary launch at Praja Bhavan
The Movie Artists Association diary was unveiled at Praja Bhavan in the presence of senior representatives of the association. The Deputy Chief Minister said the MAA executive committee had worked consistently for the welfare of artists.
He added that structured welfare programmes are essential for ensuring the well-being of members in the film industry. Therefore, he encouraged the association to continue its outreach and member-focused activities in the coming years.
