ATA invites KTR to attend 2026 Telugu Conference in Maryland

Hyderabad: BRS working president and former minister K.T. Rama Rao received an invitation from leaders of the American Telugu Association (ATA) to attend the ATA Telugu Conference scheduled to be held in Maryland, United States, in 2026.

An ATA delegation met KTR and invited him to participate in the 19th ATA Telugu Conference, which will take place on July 31 and August 1-2, 2026.

ATA president Jayanth Challa and ATA Conference National Coordinator Sharath Vemula briefed KTR about the programmes planned for the event. They also discussed issues concerning Indians living in the United States and developments in American politics.

ATA Telugu Conference scheduled for July 2026

The delegation explained the objectives and activities planned for the three-day conference. The event is expected to bring together members of the Telugu diaspora from across the United States and other countries.

ATA president Jayanth Challa, National Coordinator Sharath Vemula, Conference Coordinator Tirumala Reddy and Eshwar Reddy Banda participated in the meeting.

According to the delegation, KTR responded positively to the invitation and expressed willingness to attend the Conference.
