Hyderabad: Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao on Sunday urged voters to give a historic verdict in the Jubilee Hills bypoll, calling it a decisive moment for Telangana’s future. He addressed a public meeting in Madhura Nagar under the Vengalrao Nagar division. Tummala said the defeat of the BRS in this election would mark the end of its political dominance.
Tummala accused the BRS of ruling with arrogance for a decade. He appealed to the people to reject its divisive politics. He said the party had grown desperate after a series of defeats and was trying to manipulate the bypoll. The Minister urged voters to end its corruption and arrogance through a clear mandate.
He praised Chief Minister Revanth Reddy as a visionary working for the inclusive growth of Hyderabad. Tummala described the city as “mini-India” and asked voters to strengthen Revanth Reddy’s leadership by supporting the Congress.
