Hyderabad: Telangana Rakshana Sena (TRS) president Kalvakuntla Kavitha announced Dr. Nalamasa Srikanth Goud as the party’s candidate for the Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda Graduates’ MLC constituency. The announcement confirmed Srikanth Goud’s MLC candidature and marked the party’s formal entry into the election campaign for the Graduates’ seat.
Srikanth Goud had played a prominent role as an activist during the Telangana statehood movement. His selection placed a Telangana movement activist in the party’s electoral contest for the Legislative Council constituency.

Kavitha made the announcement on the occasion of the Dasara festival. Along with the candidate selection, she appointed Syed Ismail as the party’s State Observer for the constituency.
