Tension erupts at BJP office in Hyderabad as BC leaders clash during meeting

Hyderabad: Tension erupted at the BJP state office in Hyderabad on Wednesday when BC leaders clashed during a meeting attended by party president Ramchander Rao and BC leader R. Krishnaiah. The meeting, meant to discuss support for the BC Bandh on October 18, turned chaotic after an argument broke out among leaders.

According to eyewitnesses, the dispute began when some BC representatives, who came along with R. Krishnaiah, demanded the party’s support for the bandh. However, sharp differences surfaced between leaders Gujja Satyam and Gujja Krishna during the discussion.

The argument quickly escalated, and both leaders started shouting at each other. Witnesses said the verbal fight soon turned into a physical scuffle. One leader shouted, “How can a junior stand in front of seniors for photos?” before the situation worsened.

The confrontation took place right in front of Ramchander Rao and R. Krishnaiah, creating an embarrassing moment for the party.

The meeting was originally planned as a press conference to express the BJP’s stance on the upcoming BC Bandh. Instead, internal rivalries among BC associations came out in the open, disrupting the event.

As the clash intensified, tension spread across the office for several minutes before party workers intervened to calm the situation.
