Telangana launches Explore2Expand to take 1,000 global

Hyderabad: IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu on Thursday launched the Explore2Expand initiative to take 1,000 businesses and students from Telangana to the global stage by March 31, 2027.

He unveiled the logo of the Explore2Expand initiative, also known as E2E, at an event in Hyderabad. The platform aims to support businesses, exporters, students, startups, and professionals in accessing global opportunities.

The Minister said the Explore2Expand initiative would enable international missions, export promotion visits, student exposure programmes, and global networking.

Explore2Expand initiative to drive global outreach

Sridhar Babu described the Explore2Expand initiative as a forward-looking programme. He urged businesses and students to actively participate and expand into global markets.

Sridhar Babu appreciated Sundeep Kumar Makthala for conceptualising and leading the initiative. He said the platform connects talent and enterprise from Telangana and India to global opportunities.

The first mission under the Explore2Expand will take place in Singapore from May 21 to 24. This marks the beginning of a series of international engagements.

The Minister said the initiative would boost exports and promote entrepreneurship. It also supports Telangana’s goal of becoming a trillion-dollar economy.

BJP MLA Payal Shankar, Tconsult Director Bhagya Lakshmi Vakiti, Secretary Yamini Maddukuri, and Keshav Soni attended the launch event.

The Minister reiterated that the Explore2Expand initiative will strengthen the state’s global presence and create new opportunities for businesses and students.
